Welcome to Tom Sherry's Personal Training website, - Basic Formula
Fitness ,weight loss, and getting into and/or staying in shape; really is -a Very Basic Formula.
It is composed of (3) elements: Resistance training, Cardio-vascular training, and Nutrition. That's it! you can simplify or complicate it from there. But, essentially you must rely on the basics. You do not need to do any of the 3 like a fanatic (although that helps, LOL) but just be consistent and scientific about it.
