The Hobbies list could go on for days, but to spare you the pain I will keep it short and sweet.

I have been playing drums since I was about 12. The most recent musical project was Gravity Fan & Sons of July, both Still available on the amateur website Pure Volume. www.PureVolume.com/Sonsofjuly & www.Purevolume.com/Gravityfan -some of the older projects were Smiling Ivan, Depraved, Right Track, Out for Blood, & The Missing Element.
Poetry/Writing
I have always written on some level. It runs the gamut; Everything from Lyrics, to Poetry, to short stories, screen play/movie plots. My favorite type to read is modern poetry/short stories though. I Love Sandra Cisneros, Gary Soto, some Allen Ginsburg. Some story tellers; non fiction and fiction I like are Ze'ev Chafets (devil's night -about Detroit) Bob Paris (former bodybuilder and Figure model. gorilla suit, Flawless, Prime, Beyond Built)
Photography
Another lifelong interest is photos and the art of photography. My friend Karl turned me on to Brassai, Brassai uses a style I am attracted to: late night /street scenes, etc. Lots of Black n white
Elmer Batters (famous for fetish photos-mostly feet and pantyhose)

Currently I ride a 93 Harley Davidson Custom Low-rider FXLR .in the dirt a LT 230cc 4 stroke with work done, it can do wheelies in first or 2nd gear ! Pics coming soon.
Music
well who doesn't like music right? But I have about 800 cd's amateur and pro bands. I love the old NYHC New York Hardcore , which is a long lost music.. Bands like Judge, Straight Ahead, NY hoods, Warzone, Outburst, the Icemen, LEEWAY, Bulldoze, Life of Agony, Breakdown, Sick of it All, Madball, and of course the NJ bands Fury of V, Emotive Drive (Nutley), Out For Blood, taste of fear, e-town concrete, Underdog (also considered a NY band by some)
and so many more.. !
Martial Arts-MMA
since I saw the first UFC (for me it was UFC 3) I was in love..! Never before had the world witnessed something SO real.. I mean there were street fights, that everyone has probably witnessed at one time in their life. But this was full contact limited rules, with 2 skilled fighters. In the beginning every one had a strict discipline -Boxing, Wrestling, Kickboxing, Grappling, tae kwon do, karate, and one man brought Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. FOREVER the world of martial arts was changed! the tournament boasted no weight classes , no rules.
and fighter after fighter all found out, that a slim Brazilian (176 lbs @ 6 feet tall, thin by most standards) had the skills -ROYCE GRACIE; the Legend.
anyway I studied Tae kwon do for about 10 years, then I did some Boxing training, and like everyone else (with a brain) that saw the UFC, I eventually HAD to learn grappling. I started rolling with some friends, and watching instructional tapes. Then I started going to a school for a lesson here and there. Eventually I settled in at Planet Jiu Jitsu , a very tough NJ school with a great reputation , (they were in the top 5-10 of NAGA rankings) and Names like Luke Cuommo ,Rich Attonito, The Miller brothers Dan Miller, and Jim Miller.. all trained there.
I trained for a few months there, and learned more there in a few months than all of my past training combined.! I wouldn't skip hand skills but, Jiu Jitsu is where it's at for self defense, and real world fighting skills.
